I saw the Phantom of the Opera Movie..pure perfection. Being a Phantom of the Opera fan for eleven years now, having fallen in love with the show at the age of 9, I have been awaiting this movie for quite sometime. Also having seen the show about twenty times I was feeling bittersweet about seeing the movie, would it live up to the stage show? While watching the movie I came to realize I was silly to even doubt it, the movie not only delivered vocal wise (Being a professional singer as well) but visually as well. It was astounding how watching the movie made me feel as though I was back in the San Francisco theater once again watching what is one of the best musicals of all time. In short..I Adored it. I feel lucky to know the man who played the Phantom, as well as the lovely woman who played Christine in San Francisco. As well as having been able to have seen the last Phantom of the Opera performance there, while I was heart broken I also felt extremely lucky. most likely will see it again today, this musical is and will always be a big part of my life. gonk heart Yes I did dedicate this entry to The Phantom of the Opera. heart
