Hello all. I would like to begin by welcoming you to my journal. I am not quite sure if this is something I will actually keep up with, but it seems to peak my interests for the moment, so ...

I am Lotus. I have been skulking around Gaia for sometime now. For the most part I hang out in ED (though I do not post), Barton, and in various, sporatic threads, as well as my guild, The Syndicate. I claim a small, eclectic group of friends with whom I spend the majority of my time and am rather attached to and was recently informed that we are "a crew" (Thank you, Liik. xd ).

I do not really have many hobbies to speak of. I am a geologist, a nerd with geek-ish tendancies, and a poet. I enjoy an array of activities such as playing poker, getting sloshed, spending time with my friends, writing, sleeping, listening to music, and eating my weight in Cheez-its.

I am, for the moment, single and am not interested in prospects. The "Game" has quite possibly seen the last of me, though that has yet to be finalized.

I believe myself to be a rather open person, though I am by no means kind or considerate. I have a tendancy to be blunt and my humor is rather dry and sarcastic.

I believe that is all I wish to say on this for the moment, though I will probably update it.
