I'm making bacon pancakes tonight for dinner. How do you like your eggs? I like mine over easy. Do you know the difference between kinds of eggs? Let me break it down for you.
1. Sunny side up- only cooked on one side, the heat from the pan cooks it through, it is not flipped over. That would be:
2. Over easy- flipped over, yolk intact. smile
4. Soft scrambled- whipped up with milk to make a 'wet' texture.
5. Hard scrambled-cooked through, usually broken up in the pan.
Nom. Pancakes, bacon, eggs. Maybe toast and earl grey tea? Yas. Oooo... I should put strawberries on mine!
