Dude, read the title!!! I'm so, like, totally, pumped. I'm, like, totally, like, excited.
Sorry, I had to get taht out of my system. Looking back, this school year was definitly different than freshman year. Better maybe, but not perfect.
Now I'm at work again, my dad's work. I'm an EXECUTIVE ASSISSTANT (say with big male announcer voice). Yeah, secretary. I met the greatest guy on the train ride over, he was really geeky, with big glasses, and a laptop. He let me fiddle with his games, he had black adn white, I have been wanting that game since forever. He saw my portfolio and thought I was a college student (I never told him otherwise) we got to talkingabout art history and certain classes like that (I have never taken any, but I know enough about them to bull$hit my way trough it. He was really kind of cute, if you ignored his weirdness. He kept saying "that's fantastic" every third word. His name was Patrick, not Pat though, he didn't like nicknames.
In a way we were really alike, because we had a lot of the same interests, plus, he thought kyle rayner was the best GL too!!! We talked for a half-hour about DC, and he told me about recent issues that i haven't read.
Anyway, I'll prbably never see him again, but it was nice to meet a boy at least once this summer.
I'm aching for a summer romance, but staying with my dad squashed any plan of that. Seriously, I'd have better luck meeting Kyle Rayner than finding summer romance with my father breathing over my shoulder. I think he's panicking because I'm now sixteen, and much more mature than even he is. He started this funny conversation about boyfriends that kind of scared me, but made me laugh of course. So I've given up and I'll just sit at my desk all summer, crying.
Unless there's some geeky dude at camp that likes equally geeky girls obsessed with Kyle Rayner, comics in general, and has seen every episode of CSI known to man. At least I won't see any preppy girls this summer, at Biotechnology Camp.
