Ecdysiast (ekˈdēzēəst) -- A person that peels the skin off their lips.
It all started when Demyx came home with a cold. I was tired from cleaning the apartment all day and then cooking a nice meal for him since I know he tends to forget to eat. All I wanted was to stay in bed, snack on junk food and watch some movies. But he got it in his head that being sick gave him the perfect excuse to get out of doing his work. So he convinces me to call his boss for sick days and to play nurse for him.
I wouldn't have minded it so much if he wasn't such a big baby whenever he gets sick. I know that he's genuinely miserable, but he's making it ten times worse for me, by being annoying and gross.
I've been careful, trying to boost my immune system, using gloves, mask, hand sanitizer and keeping my distance as much as possible in order to avoid catching his sickness. At the same times, it's so gross. He's a ecdysiast. I get that his lips get chapped in the winter, but it annoys and gross me out when he keeps picking that the skin. I bought him medicated chapped stick and he tells me it doesn't work. It does! He just needs to stop licking his lips and doing things that wipe it off.
