a poem.
our hearts are connected; love is true
we're so far away but close in mind
in my thoughts I am with you
soft and tender, sweet and kind.
every time we leave it breaks my heart
looking forward to when we meet
true love cannot be kept apart
together we will be complete.
you're in my thoughts all day and night
you drift into my dreams
and when I see you it's alright
nothing can pull us apart, it seems.
my life changed when I met you, for the best
nothing could every separate you and me
before just waking up was a test
now in the morning it's the sun I see.
you are someone who truely does care
you'll never leave my side
and when you need me, I'll be there
I will always be your guide.
most other friendships fade and end
but when all is over and gone
we'll walk together, hand in hand
I truely love you
