my feet stumble and i nearly fall down. the world in my head is spinning. the cursed winged demons of purity and whimsical beauty play games of ignorence in my spirit, causing my soul to convulse. i hear nothing of the kind and calming words spoken to me from afar, such voices mean little and are drowned out by the sound of my pain-filled heartbeats. flaming scarlet revulsion contracts and releases my body, letting it fall into the blackness of the dark, never again to see the light of the innocent joy and childs play that was once my only love. for i let myself go too soon, without permission, regard, or want, i walked into the world a curious child and came out the broken dead that they won't let rest in peace. now i gaze upon those who were once my reason to smile and i feel thier adolescent eyes stare back into my being without any recognition of my former self. then they soon regard my presence as nothing more than a shadow and continue to sway in the dance of the fairies, the steps of which are long forgotten in the labyrinth of my mind. so i leave them in their strawberry heavens and return to the place that poisened my youth, for i do not wish to infect their fancy with the virus that withered mine, like a parasite so hungry or a thief in the bitter night.
