I'm sick of hearing it! Stop your god-damned complaining, because it's all I ever hear. I know you're not listening. Listen to me, damnit! Take your fingers out of your ears and listen to me when I'm talking to you! You need to stop this right now. You keep saying the same damn thing over and over again. "I'm never gonna get married. No guys like me. I'm ugly. I'm stupid. I'm gonna live alone in a trailor with fifty cats." Stop telling yourself these lies! You know what lies like these lead to? More lies! Lies and low self-esteem. This is negative behavior and the only way to get rid of this is to take a good look at yourself and figure out what the truth is. You don't have to lie to yourself to tell yourself you're beautiful. It's the truth, god damnit! Sit down. Sit down in front of the mirror, take a deep breath. "I am beautiful!" Say it. Scream it! I dare you.
