I totally lost it. I went to work in a super crappy mood. The way they were talking all sweetly, I snapped. Why were they so cheery? good thing i went to the boxing center so I released my anger there. It didn't last long there. in the middle of releasing steam, I saw my dad, on how he used to be before he got corrupted. I froze and broke down in tears. I was sad that the man i knew was gone, but I was also angry. He did it before, but this time I was really hurt. Why am I so hurt this time?? I cried and cried until the next site...I calmed down on our way home. When I came home, I expected to see an empty lot. HIS truck was there
He's back....why is he back????? It's only been 3 days!! I thought he'd come after a couple weeks. I hope he's not staying because I'm not talking to him anymore.
I'll be okay. Most of my anger disappeared when I took it out on a punching bag. I'm still pissed but I'll be fine.They didn't realize i had family issues until I nearly broke the damn thing. But the most important thing, I'll be okay. I promise n///n''
