I adopt children, that has become a normal thing for me after a while. I'm just attracted to taking care of children and having them in my care. It is not unusual for me to come home with a child... or two. Children that are unusual or that come from far away lands, however.... this is the first time I had a child dropped into my arms, a baby for that matter.
It was a night like any other really. Cindy and Triton were still up, Triton especially since he was having a sleepover. Then this man came into the inn, holding a little baby girl, gave her to me and told me to name her. I named her Hope, after the engraving in my ring.
Now I find myself as her caretaker, her mother now, though there is no father to help me. However I'm use to that really, I've always looked after the children alone, but it puzzles me still. How I ended up with a baby girl of all things.
No one is going to believe it, that I had no planned at all to have a baby girl in my mists.
