Dear journal,
Yesterday I had my dance recital!! 8'D
I was there at around 10am, then we had practice and TDR, then lunch break. My friends and I went to fast food joint. I don't really eat fast food. I just got a pie and ate my home-made burrito that I made myself. c:
Then we stayed there for quite awhile, since we didn't really need to go back 'cause we were done rehearsing. We talked about weird things, like my friend's friends when they're on weed. It was so funny! We kept on laughing at this one story when his friend thought that there was a tree coming out of his mouth. xDD
After like, an hour or so, we headed back.
We went to the third floor, where we stayed temporarily while the main stage was being used for a ballet recital.
There were so many dancers in one small room! It was crazy! People were being noisy and talking while the teacher was trying to teach the other students 'cause they still didn't get to practice. The teachers were already telling everyone to be quiet and stuff, but people just kept on talking and talking. I was already quiet. Just whispering to my friends. And playing with my hair, when all of a sudden a student from the more-than-advance class lost it and screamed out "EVERYONE, BE QUIET! SHUT UP!!" then everyone was quiet. It was so funny how everyone shut up when that happened. xDD
Anyway, I stayed there for round 4-5 hours just practicing, and talking to my friends from the other classes. It was awesome. :]
Then performance night! I was sooooo nervous!! We did great though. Oh yeah, btw, I was in the Popping group. :]
There were like 30+ performances, so a lot of people got bored. gonk
Then we ended with the choreography (which I partially forgot >.< wink to the theme song of our dance company. c:
WOOTWOOT! WE HAVE A THEME SONG! : D
Then my family, plus my friend ate a pizza shop.
And today, I was sooooo sleepy. .___.
And we watched "Paul"! My dad liked it a lot. xD
PS: I miss my Godmother who just died recently. Her son is one of the choreographers. He wasn't my teacher, though.
