Abilities:
1. When infused with chakra, Bendek Darya can double the amount placed in it to increase the power of the attack. How much chakra is put in is up to Cohen and it draws on his own chakra.
2. Recognizes blood. If an enemy is struck by the blades and bleeds on it, Bendek Darya recognizes the blood and will glow as it gets closer to the enemy allowing Cohen to track his opponents. Tracking only works if they are in the same village or within 100 miles of each other.
3. When spun, the slats in Bendek’s metal heads can whistle sharply, giving off a kind of echo effect around Cohen’s body and disrupt air born attacks (arrows, shuriken etc). As it’s spun faster the blade begins to scream adding a kind of fear factor as well as the disruption.

Background History: His mother was a direct Kurisutaru descendant and married out of her family, even out of her nationality. The man was Moeshe and he set off with his pregnant wife to travel the worlds. Cohen was born soon after they left and grew up as an entertainer, traveling with his parent's to different places. When he was 7, Cohen decided that he'd had enough of his parent's traveling ways and made his way to Mist. There he managed to secure a foster home and attend the academy. But he had never been able to learn while traveling and was often in fights resulting in his expulsion from the academy. After several years of homeschooling Cohen reapplied to the academy and managed to make his way through, skating by on passable grades and attempts at being civilized.
