One major rule is literacy. Some people don't mind it, but it's a good thing to have. This includes using correct words, verb tenses, punctuation and little to no chatspeak. Another thing used is ''OoC:'' which stands for ''Out of Character'' which means you are speaking, not your RP character. In this, you can also use a ''BiC:'' or a ''Back in Character''. Role Playing is simple, fun and a good way to meet people with similar interests.
