Marta has no memory of her past but has the skills and language of someone who has been alive for more than the year she remembers. Even her name is just a word she liked on an old billboard. She isn't sure how she got to be riding around on a seven-foot armored doll, but as he seems to want to protect her she's decided just to go along with things. Her knight, as she calls him, appears to have no power of speech, so their communication is mostly one-way- she gives orders and he acts them out. When she first 'awakened' there was another man with her whom she can faintly recall, and she has a feeling this man knows who she is. Along with looking for him, she likes to assist dolls in their fights, because she has almost a pathological fear of creatures.
