So anyway... here's a link to the main page to read the past See It or Skip Its, because I know this review is making me nostalgic, and I bet a few of you are feeling nostalgic too!
Y'know what's funny? I brought my Eeyore plush to school today... So it seems I'm obsessed. rofl
And now, for the moment you've all been waiting for! (No, it's not Disney Sequels.) I now present

Winnie-the-Pooh

This movie is AMAZING, and it happens to be one of my favorites. It's really sweet and sad, which you never really expect from a movie about stuffed animals. (but then again, Toy Story was really sad too...) I might just be a loser or something, but it always makes me cry because the end is PERFECT. Tigger is a sweetheart, Pooh sings an adorible song, Roo is a cutie, and Eeyore is hilarious. Best line-

Aww, he's so depressing! Anyway, it's a really good movie, and even though a good deal of the songs are rather so-so, it's still really enjoyable. It's funny to me that each song is sung by Jim Cummings, the voice of both Tigger and Pooh. There is one good song, Lullabee(like lullaby, but sung to bees), which you should look up on Youtube. It's really REALLY cute. ♥ ♥

Honestly, I felt like this was just re-hashing the first film. And what happened to Eeyore's family room from the first film? I don't recall him still having it in this one. (I might be wrong, feel free to correct me) And the songs in this were TERRIBLE. Why is there some weird bakground singer? What ever happened to Jim Cummings singing all of the songs? Now it's some random woman who just came out of nowhere. One thing I will say good about this movie is that even though they changed up the stories from the book(in unforgivable ways) I could easily recognize them and felt all cozy thinking about the originals. Kanga is hilarious, and I always love when she messes with Piglet(even though she did it all wrong in this movie). BWAHAHA! But what really annoyed me was that the end was like they were trying to redo the end of the first film, but about Piglet, not Tigger and Roo. That's annoying too.

GAH. Why was this movie so pointless? Like seriously, it was POINTLESS. I don't understand why the name is Pooh's Heffalump Movie, when he's a useless side-character and the movie is actually all about Lumpy and Roo, who apparently isn't interested in being friends with Tigger anymore. And I say this because there are lyrics to one sing that say, "I've never had a best friend before." WELL WHAT THE HECK WAS TIGGER?! Oh, and a random note: Lumpy's voice is extremely annoying. I don't know how it is, it just really gets on my nerves. I will say this, though, even though he was annoying, he was really cute. But whatever. I still hate that there's a random woman singing all of the songs instead of the actual characters. Also, Roo had a nudity moment. Haha.
My Final Thoughts
I read the books of Winnie-the-Pooh, and I can honestly say they are the sweetest stories ever. The best one is when Eeyore has his birthday and Pooh gives him a pot to put things in and Piglet gives him a popped balloon that originally was Eeyore's favorite color(red) and Eeyore's favorite size(about as big as Piglet).
But anyway, the books are all really good, and they have the sweetest quotes, like such:

I've yet to read the new book Return to the Hundred Acre Wood, which was written last year, so that's something to look forward to. After all, I loved the first two so much, I'm sure I'd love this one too.
But getting back to the movies... The only one I'd even think of watching again is The Tigger Movie(which I watch often). The other too were just too... meh. Literally. There was nothing cool or moving or exciting about them. They were just meh.
So, that was the Winnie-the-Pooh review! Hope you enjoyed it, and see you again next time for See It or Skip It! Next week, I plan on reviewing Pirates of the Caribbean, which I'm sure will be fun!
