I swear...my professor is nuts. She's gave me and others this huge project that is on the Food Pyramid. I'm the vegetable part of the pyramid...and we have about...a week or two to finish it...and on top of all that, I have to do Log entry #4 which will be about 6 pages of writing, and then an in class project...that'll last several days...and she's a HARSH grader too! surprised

I can't wait for the class to end....
