Dear Journal,
Three days it's been since I've started wearing make-up. I don't know if it's just because I never did before, or what; but, everyone's reacting! I'm in shock at how many people have told me I was pretty... even some of the guys've said I was cute.... *blushes* Anyway, I'm gonna try and keep this up. But, sometimes, I think why? Everyone still thinks I'm 18 or something--they're floored when I tell them I'm almost 24 years-old. I love the reaction, I get a kick out of it; however, it's annoying at the same time: even dressing up I'm not gonna get a boyfriend because they all think I'm so young! Gah! I'm not gonna carry around a drink in one have and a smoke in the other to show I'm at least 21. I. Don't. Do. That! IT'S NOT ME! This whole make-up thing isn't me, either. /:
Anyway, it still sickens me I'm almost one year closer to the age I wanted to be married by: 25. I'm gonna be so depressed. *sigh*
Well, off to do the nightly routine.
