It was an interesting night, that's for sure. Since I could only ignore his thoughts while I was conscious, sleeping was insane. Our dreams seemed to be fighting each other, so all we saw were little flashes of them. And all I had when I woke up was a throbbing headache, and from the looks of Caleb, when we met in the hall, he had the same problem. Both our closets had been linked to our closets on earth, so we had our usual choice of clean clothes.
"There has got to be a better way!" Caleb muttered, massaging his temples.
"We'll deal with that later. right now we need to concentrate on school." I replied.
He glanced at his watch and then gasped. "Which starts in five minutes!"
"Relax, I have a plan," I snapped my finger twice. "That just gave the appearance that someone walked into a restroom stall in both girls and the boys restrooms, no one is actually there." I created two portals, both had the symbol for earth in it, and around the edge was the description of the exact place we wanted to go, those were different on the two portals. I signaled which one he should go through just as I took mine. We arrived in class just as the bell was ringing.
The day was a little awkward at first because we weren't sure how to act around each other. we decided to go with ignoring them. Then the day went as normal.
Do we have a test in math today, Vi? The thought popped into my mind during lunch.
