Just wanted to vent some of my emotions through a poem... Though it doesn't truly convey how pissed I am at Tay's parents or how much I long to be with Tay herself..... Parents of Tay, if you ever happen to come across this poem whilst you cruelly keep us apart, know this: It'll take more than seperation to stop me from loving your daughter, and I absolutely refuse to cave in and give up on her! If necessary, I shall wait until the sun itself dies for the chance to speak to her once again... crying
As the long days do pass,
And the time seems to fly by,
I think of my love, a lass
Without whom, I'd die.
Oh what if we
Never meet again?
Oh what if she
Left for the calls of other men?
I must ask God why
Why we're kept apart.
Perhaps he's a lie
Just to toy with my heart.
But I don't really care,
My love will keep me strong.
It is truly unfair that
Her dad thinks it's wrong.
In spite of endeavors,
We shall never fall.
Eternally, my heart is hers,
And so our love will conquer all.
And perhaps with my heart,
I can shatter this wall.
I know we won't be torn apart,
For love, our love, conquers all.
