my life
I write about what I feel and think. It might not always be what you want to hear, but that is just me. I am blunt and I struggle with a lot of issues. So if you do not agree, then you can leave. I do not need your opinions to feel good about myself.
the diet
I currently weigh 130 lbs. That is the heaviest I have ever been in my life!! It is really depressing because I used to be only 105 lbs. None of my clothing even fits me anymore... I have been confined to the new pair of 'fat pants' that I had to go and specially buy. I am on a mission to lose all the weight.

My goal is 101 lbs. So I am now going to try to lose 29 lbs. I can probably do it in about 6 weeks. I go running and do tons of crunches, pushups, etc. I am going to only eat 2 small meals a day of veggies and oatmeal.

Today I ate 3 bowls of cereal, a bowl of oatmeal, and a few bites of cheese bread. Those foods are unacceptable for my diet! I will do better tomorrow. Also, I need to really watch my proportions.

So, hopefully I will succeed in my goal. It is hard to be confident when I can't even fit into any of my cute clothes and my boyfriend weighs less than me (he is a male for god's sake!! They are supposed to be heavier). I will do whatever it takes.
