I found out today that I have to work Katsucon weekend...So even if I had a ride I wouldn't be able to go anyway. That actually makes me feel a little better. This way there's a better reason for me not being able to go. >.<'
Yesterday after school I went to the mall with my mom and siblings. I'm having anime and manga withdrawal so I blew most of my money. Ah well. Anyway, I went to Waldenbooks, where there were a bunch of anime calendars on sale...and for 2006, too! They were only a buck each so I bought one of each series. Furuba, FMA, Initial D, Hellsing, and InuYasha. I'm using the Furuba one...I'll give the others away, I guess. I also bought Wild Rock #1, Hands Off #5, and Hana-Kimi #10 and I got one of them free.
Next I went to Gamestop. And man, that guy is really convincing. >.< I bought Pikmin 2, reserved Tales of Phantasia, and renewed my card all for like 40 bucks. Woot.
Finally I went to find my mom in the child play area (ha) and I saw Chris. I'm always a goof around him though so of course I didn't really say anything. I was like, "Hey, did you see my mom come through here?" and he was like *stare* "she's over there" and I said, "Right..." and ran over to find her. XD
