Technically it is 1:00 AM on the 18th as I edit this but I am getting some stuff done finally and wanted to update in this entry as I go.
My goal for today is to finish all PMs and emails and clean up my inventory. This last one should not be a pain but I somehow can manage to turn the most simple of tasks into a Herculean pain in the a** and this one is no different. I am going to clean it out and then finally sort things out. I have been dying to do this for sometime now; OCD has been pestering me mightily to get it organized.
I think it will be fun. ^.^
Also on the list today is to do another Friend's List purge; I have been wanting to do another one since the last three because I keep holding on to certain people that I know have either moved on from Gaia or I have been keeping them on my list because of sentimental reasons. A few appeared to have been banned and it has been so long that I am not sure they will be coming back to Gaia or getting their accounts back.
There are some other things I hope to get accomplished today (some being stuff I need to do around the apartment) but for now getting PMs and emails out, the inventory tidied up and the Friend's List cleaned is a very good start.
2010 has been awesome so far. I have been productive- not on the grand scale I would love to be but in a small, constant way that gives me hope. I can get Gaia caught up by the middle of February if I can keep this pace up; once I have gotten this backlog of stuff done I can start actually DOING stuff on here again.
Like getting a certain guild that I miss so, so much back up and running again.
But for now it is all about baby-steps. As one of my bestest friends keeps telling me, it takes time to fix something that has taken years to get as messed up as this has. And anything worth doing is worth doing right.
Getting my life back on track- be it my offline life, my online life, and every permutation in between those two- is what this year is all about for me. I want to do a major reformation of everything- Gaia, my apartment, my relationships, my health- everything. So far 2010 has been golden for me and it feels really good in a way that 2009 just did not.
So. On to work. I will update this entry as I go today, be it with odds and ends about what I am working with or anything I deem important enough to document for later.

~ 1:14 AM, January 18th, 2010: Going to start working on cleaning out my inventory now and work on the four PMs that I have sitting in my inbox now. I have more then four PMs to do but the others I will save to do as I am going through my Friend's List. I owe PMs to people on my List who have not heard from me in months. >.<
~ 3:20 PM, January 18th, 2010: Cleaned fifty items out of my inventory last night before crashing. Going to clean another fifty out and get started on PMs and emails. If I had to guess a rough number right now, I would say I owe about ten PMs and roughly six emails to get out. Wish me luck!
~ 10:10 PM, January 18th, 2010: Another fifty items cleaned out and six PMs sitting in my inbox to answer, with at least four others that need to be done, not counting the ones from my Friend's List cleanup. There are fifty-seven emails saved in my Drafts folder at this current time.
All in all I have no idea the actual number of emails and PMs to get out because for the next few hours I am going to concentrate on actually getting replies out instead of OCDing about how many there actually are.
The plan is to get as many out by midnight as possible and start on cleaning out my Friend's List; then another round of PMs.
I have a treat planned for myself if I can get a certain number done by midnight. More to come later on that.
~ 12:24 AM, January 19th, 2010: Working on a rather huge PM to Cee but other then that I have only two RP posts to get sent back and two artists PMs to answer in my inbox at the moment. For me that is very, very good. @.@ I have not touched my emails yet but those will be pretty easy to get through, I believe.
I pushed back my goal from midnight to one or so because of this one monster PM. I believe I have earned my treat. ^.^ heart Which is a good feeling. xD
~ 12:51 AM, January 19th, 2010: Going to work on emails for a little bit. They have been piling up since I stopped to work on PMs. My goal is to get everything as caught up as possible tonight. I have to work later and I have no idea when I will be able to get online again, so the more I can get caught up on the better.
Time to get at least some of these emails done!
~ 3:22 AM, January 19th, 2010: As of this posting there are only three PMs sitting in my inbox and fifty-three emails to send out, though most of the emails are not have-to-get-done-as-soon-as-possible important, more like whenever-is-cool kind of important. I do not think I will get to clearing off my Friend's List tonight, but if I can get the majority of these emails done before I crash I will consider tonight's efforts a success.
Fifty-three emails. I am going to make the goal of getting at least twenty of these sent out. If I can get these emails and PMs to a point where the oldest of them are no more then a week old then I will go to bed a happy girl.
~ 4:22 AM, January 19th, 2010: I am down to thirty-five emails and only four PMs, being the same four as before.
I am very sleepy. It is time to crash. I think I deserve this nap. xD
