	Looking at a screen for too long does that to you. sweatdrop Remember, regular 10 minute breaks for every hour you spend in front of the computer screen, trying to work out how on earth the Gaia userbase managed to get this evil at detecting and abusing glitches. 	sweatdrop And, since I can't edit, um... pain relievers are great. Not the expensive stuff, it's all the same. It works quick for me. Never drink soda while you have a headache. It makes it worse. Otherwise, soda's great!

	I hope you've taken a break and possibly a nap. Stress + monitor + bad headache can only lead to bad things. I hope you guys manage to take a bit of time to enjoy Thanksgiving somehow.

	sweatdrop You probably don't need more 'how to get rid of a headache' advice.. but... @_@; If it gets worse.... when I get a super massive headache sometimes I'll take a washcloth and get it wet with cool water and then lay down for a little bit with the washcloth over my eyes/forehead. It's not always just the monitor either. I know with myself, I am sensitive to high-pitched noises that sometimes others don't hear or aren't bothered by at all. My son's bedroom light, when used with a dimmer, emits a high pitched whine that drives me nuts, but no one else seems to notice it. Computer fans and various other electrical gadgets can emit similar noises, so if you get this more than once, that's something to be aware of as a possible cause. whee And um... I'll hush and stop giving unsolicited advice now... hope you feel better soon... And um... my favorite headache smiley -->

	Oh, I'm very sorry. I have one too, but it's 'cause I've been cooking and cleaning nonstop in preparation for Thanksgiving. sweatdrop At any rate, I hope you feel better, and please: remember not to let yourself stress too much. Drink some tea, take a hot bath (or shower, whichever), take a deep breath, and take the occasional break from the computer. Gaians may complain a lot (it's in our nature!) but we'll survive for a few days, glitches and bannings or no. I hope you have a great Thanksgiving and long weekend. Try to find some time to enjoy yourself. And of course, get rid of your headache. heart

	Just as everyone else has said, get away from what's causing the headache and do something relaxing. Try not to drink anything with to much caffeine either 3nodding I hope you feel better.
