Oh, and I've considered beginning anew with my story. I don't think I ever went into detail about my story. It's called Destiny of the Runed, with the main character's name as Faerdin. Faerdin, a young orphan who recently entered manhood, finds a mysterious, runed sword when a brilliantly bright flash of gold illuminates his forest one night. Upon capturing the masterfully crafted blade, he is thrust into a confusing world of magic, darkness, and even a little of the love he lost after his village, Traenor, was destroyed.
Originally my story was kinda short and lacked sensory detail, namely that of sight, so I may rewrite it. It was good to begin with, but if I start fresh it could be worthy of being published in the future, with any luck.
