...like a piece of photosensitive plastic.
I am dark when it's light out.
I am light when it's dark out.
Sometimes, you can see right through me.
Others, I am hidden in a world of shadowy murk.
I am quite durable.
Though, I will break under enough force.
When broken, my pieces are sharp and dangerous.
I am easily replaced, and easily forgotten.
When I do my job, no one cares.
When I irritate others, they remember me.
I am not necessary, but sometimes nice to have.
My versatility is my strength and my weakness.
My gears to don't switch quickly, but they will switch.
In the end, I'm just an ordinary object.
One that many don't see.
