Okay so I haven't written anything worth reading in this journal in a really long time. XD haha. I'm sorry to those of you who actually read my journal entries. ^^; So might as well get started. I've been doing crafty things lately: crocheting, drawing, no sewing because the machine is broken, and must be sent it for repair >_<....
Crocheting ^_^ Its fun, and distracts me from thinking too much, so I enjoy it =D I want to crochet a cosplay, just for fun. Maybe people will think its awesome, depending on my skill. ;P I just need to buy yarn. I want to crochet one of Seoung Mina's outfits from one of the Soul Calibures, its the red one with the skirt thing and sleveless shirt...I know I probably spelled "sleveless" wrong... I think it'll be fun ^_^ I just have to get a pay check so I can buy yarn! ^_^ (I gots a job, but I'll tell you about that later.)
Drawing. I cleaned my friend basement a couple weeks ago just because it was disgusting, and I'm always over there, so why not do them a favor. ;P I was bored, why not? I found this "How to Draw Manga" book that made me very excited. XD I love those step by step things with little pieces of advice because well, I have trouble figuring out my own way to draw. The book is helping me make my own way to draw anime with the basic spaces of eyes, heads, bodies, and how to make them in different positions. Its very nice!!! I just need to find a program on the computer that i can use to color the pictures...One that is free, and not just a trial. (I can't afford to pay for these things.)
Okay!!! So now I'll tell you about this whole job thing! Its nothing impressive, but it's a job, and I will have money! XD YAY! After I turned 16 I was applying and calling places like crazy. The first place I applied to was Friendly's! <3 A few of my friends work there, and they said that I should apply there. =) So, of course, I did. I called a few times, and somebody told me they didn't need me because I was 16. =( so I lost all hope =(...Then I found out that the person on the phone didn't have the authority to tell me such nonsense. I was still applying to other places, and trying to find pretty much any job. Then about 2 and a half months later, Courtney calls saying Friendly's is going to call me some time later in the afternoon!!! I was so excited I cried tears of joy!! crying I got the interview on a Monday at 4. I was there 10 minutes early and ready to go XD!!! They basically explained what I would be doing, and how I would need to act, so I wasn't really a job interview....I start this Tuesday (the 17th of November) as a Greeter. I'm excited for it, even though I'm sure I will grow to not like it, but nobody really likes their first job. WHATEVER! I get to work with some really awesome people, and make money. XD YAY!!!
Well, good bye! I'm off to do my HOMEWORK!!!!! ;P ugh...
