It was a warm spring school day, and Kay was walking to school. The sun was still not full over the horizon but gave a light glow to light the path she walked to school. Kay was a teenager, went to high school, and had an odd life. Like many others say. But hers was one not many would find on the shelves of the library. And this is how is all started, with blood in the snow.
It was a cold bitter night,the snow white as my dead father's ashes. Whipped around through out the day, and kay was stuck at school. She needed to get home soon..now... The teachers yelled at all the students to stay at the school till the storm was over,but she couldnt, Kay had to watch her brother. He was home with the babysitter for our mother had just left on her " Business trip" and the babysitter would be watching my brother till 9 P.M. The time read 7:30 P.M. She looked around not wanting to waste another minuet,doing so she quickly ran through the school not caring if a soul was to chase her. But luck seemed to be on her side as she made it into gym,but once she got to the door it would not open. Pulling a few things from her school tote she manage to pick the lock on the door. Looking around she made her escape into the harsh weather, from the back of the school her house was just straight and one right her only trouble would be find where to turn right. Pulling her coat tightly she walked through the snow,looking down and pulling her hood she marched on. Kicking the snow as she struggled through it. When she looked up all she could see was a white wall of snow,but this wall she could go through but it surrounded her as well. Stopping as the wind picked up she struggled to stay standing, but once the wind was still she looked around. Making her left she was unsure if it was right but kept on moving needed to get home. Coughing and sniffling she did regaining her state of mind.
