	Myself I have to stop being so cruel to myself I guess I do it as a defense mechanisim. The way I see it is if I'm always bullying myself then others won't need too. I don't have a very good outlook on the kindness of others. Not many people have shown me a reason to think or act differently. hypocrite.

	Don't be too hard on yourself, I used to be but it's just not worth it sometimes. When your hard on yourself it makes you more gullible for bullying and it hurts more when you get bullied. Humanity sucks, but there's nothing we can do about it, y'know? Ease off on yourself alright? It's just not worth it. heart
