He is full of surprises, as a baby they used him as a tribute for a spell to keep the nine-tailed Fox under control, it was either that or die trying to kill it. To become the highest, Naruto will work as hard as he can, push his limits past the edge, and try to defeat all whom oppose him. To keep up the pace, he even tries to take short cuts. He never is seen as a threat until the very end of the fight, he is always taken as a joke back at the academy. But he is proving himself and that's all that matters.
