Name: Octavia Tiers (codename: Octopus)
Biography: Octavia, better known as Tia amongst her familiars, began as a well to do young girl -er...bird-. Her mother and father were two rebel birds, trying to bridge the gap between human and Birds, and, consequentially, were good friends with the Redwood family (And she was great friends with Rose). The sad part was that her parents were killed by some of the Swift' warriors, under orders to capture her. Then, her name was Catiline.
After taken to the Swift headquarters, she was put under tests and experiments, and, once thoroughly afraid of the Bird kind, added to the B & B program. When she sees other Birds, she was trained to act nicely, though note every move they made. In turn, when they attacked, feel corner and attack back. Thus she became a great warrior.
Age: 21
Personality: She is a very polite and sweet tempered person, until you hear what she has to say, which is generally offhand conversations about the latest killing and torture methods.
Abilities: The has the ability to create giant hands erupt from the earth and pull the victims down into it, never to be seen again. She also has the eyes of an eagle and can snipe down opponents from over 2 miles away.
