Background: Six months after the tournament, Hatsumi packed up everything and anything that had to do with her. She went off the map, leaving only a few things with Yukito so she could be in touch with what was going on in others lives that she wouldn't be able to be in. Where did Hatsumi go? At first it was China, then she decided to enter America, this is where she settled for the rest of her years. In America she became a CEO of a company, it being handed down to her by a relative of her ex-boyfriend, which was part of a rival magic family. They were more then happy to take her in when she went to America, after all a jewel is a jewel. Overtime she has avoided romance much, but every now and then she had a relationship just so it wouldn't seem to odd, and she actually did care for the men. Many loved her like in Japan, calling her the Exoctic Enchantress. With the tournament drawing near, Hatsumi has decided to return to Shinjuku Japan, along with this her recent cutie decided to come along, though she was telling him that she didn't want him to, and was going to cut off from him, he was determined. So, Hatsumi has returned flying in as early as possible, getting a large house on a hill with green lawns, and beautiful atmosphere. She forced her boyfriend into a hotel. The Nakamura's have managed to get ahold of the news that she's returned, and are thrilled.

Background: Things change when it comes to humans. These two sister have managed to turn over a new leaf, more or less. They're not murderous killers, even if they've managed to keep their sense of human, and twistedness. If you hunt in Shinjuku as a shopper, you may find a thriving store that sells accessories, Yukata and other cute little things, Nami mainly owns the shop but Amane helps out a bit. Amane and Nami are both business women now, and enjoy it. Nami has a future husband to boot, a handsome fellow that works as a piano teacher. She is happy. As for Amane, she is single still but is enjoying being a flirt and helping out others, she works as a pre-school volunteer. Though with the past coming, they both fear things will turn for the worst. Will they be chosen? Nami doesn't want to turn back to the killer, and Amane doesn't want her sister to go through the horrible change again. It is terrifying.

Background: Over the eight years Yukito has remained in Shinjuku for the most part, now as a respected Nakamura. Of course, Hatsumi had left so there was really no other! Over his high school years he managed to get good grades, not the top of his class bu good enough to get into Aichi Prefectural College of Nursing & Health, within those few years he got Masters, and when onto working in a local hospital in Shinjuku. he is one of the best in the hospital, and quite the ladies man, making it so much that he even has a small fan club. At this pint he single at this point in time, though he does like someone and won't admit it. His split persona, Yui vanished before high school, Yukito has showed no sign of Yui. This may be because he surpassed himself, making himself whole again by accepting certain things. He has forgiven Hatsumi, now having a hunch about his parents. Now he lives at his own apartment, near the hospital. It is quite a fancy apartment looking much like his old one, and he now owns a cat which he's named Moka-mimi. He has had the most contact with hatsumi, and has kept it secret from Teru, but told bits to Lurre. He doesn't think it is important for them to know much, of course this may be because of Hatsumi's request for them to not be told of certain events.
