Clothing Description: Dark blue skinny jeans and a blue leather vest. A long sleeve white shirt. A slightly loose dark colored belt that hangs off oh his hips. Boots that nearly go up to his knees in a mainly white with dark blue color theme. Wears dark gloves that are fingerless, his right hand one adorned with a small, round, shiny blue gem.
Personality: Slightly shy when meeting new people and tends to keep to himself at times. Rell is very reserved for his personal friends, but when the moments strikes and justice needs to be called out, Rell defiantly stands up to the plate and delivers. Rell is very polite and is a nice person who is concerned about others, though his shyness may hide it.
