Skills: His favorite trick to pull is illusions with the refraction of light, bending light rays to move things in a person's view and ruin their depth perception. His talent as a marksmen is unmatched though it seems he prefers to use his guns for beating his opponents as if they were bats. One thing he will never do is use his powers to make light bullets, his repect for metalurgy(a feild he has no talent in) prevents him from it.
Weapon: Twin Riot Pistols(Guns that fire rubber balls at bullet speed, causes immense pain, non-lethal)
Weakness/Fears: Darkness, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and inability to control Clairvoyance(can't always tell the difference between the future and the present)
Background: Razgriz is an American who has studied the Japanese for quite some time. He found a love of the country and decided he would start his college career in Japan, he managed to get into a Tokyo University and came over as soon as he received his acceptance letter. The young man is rather early for his first year of college and finds himself with little to do to fill his time. He had to register his riot pistols with the Japanese Police and this annoyed him to no end, there were no shooting ranges in Japan. However now this battle has taken place he finds more and more of the future coming to him, though he can only tell this from the never ending sensation of deja vu.
