the thingy after whatever in the quotations is lowercase, unless of course it's a name.
"I'm fine," she replied. there has to be a comma unless it's JUST
"I'm fine."
like whatever the quote was was just one sentence, and whatever's after it is unrelated.
those are the two that i see the most often. i'll add more as i think of them. surprised
