Stayed home today, cos I felt nasty as hell. So did Hailee. Well, Cory was being an a*****e and made her cry and all this s**t. How do I know, and how did I escape similar punishment for skipping school?
Part luck.
Part skill.
I woke up around 1ish. And the position I woke up in was probably what kept me from getting caught. See, when I'd gone back to sleep this morning, a lot of my upper body was under pillows. When I woke up, more was, and my legs had slipped into the crack between bed and wall, which concealed pretty much all evidence that a body was IN the bed. So, Hailee was cleaning up to give her something to do since Cory is a nasty ********, and I was hoping (I was only partially awake) she wouldn't see my now-exposed foot. When lo! she tosses a pillow ON the foot. Hidden, once again.
I tried to just stay in bed and sleep, but Cory is sooooooo loud and such a jerk that I stayed awake. I stayed in my hidden position until Dad came home, at which point I left the refuge of my blankets and took a good look at the bedraggled me.
Hair= Ghetto dreadlocks of doooooom.
Body= Plastered with sweat because my blankies are warm.
Clothes= Soaked through.
Back= Kinked up because of how I was lying.
And this is the second time I've escaped this. I'm just the world's greatest spy-ninja.
