It's been raining every day for more than a week. Today it cut the power again with a big clap of thunder right as me and the guys finally came into the house. Being far out in the middle of nowhere means this is having negative flood effects in the bathrooms on the first floor. That was fun to come back to. Really need to mow the lawn, too. But it's far too wet and muddy. There's snails everywhere.
The year isn't half done yet, but so far, with the power outage due to the ice, this has not been a good year. Glad to have these ******** back home, at least.
