Weight- 100lbs. She is also virtually flat! She has no chest whatsoever!!
Wears- Charlie mainly wears poor people clothes. She tends to wear wife beaters under plaid shirts and jeans. You can have creative liberty with what she wears. She normally dresses though as if she lives in a trailer park.
