Another year has gone and past,
the innocent can never last.
Free by day and not by night,
a year passed, filled with insight.
This morning I turned a new age,
seventeen, now is written on the page.
I wish time would just stay,
let me time to laugh and play.
Another year shall pass,
and forget, shall this lass.
The nostaligic memories of this time,
Which have no reason, nor rhyme.
