don't you just hate it when you lend an item to someone, trusting them to return it, and they don't?

why am i so unlucky to be so generous at times?!?!? gonk gonk gonk gonk
i mean, people who borrow my stuff usually lend it to someone else without my permission and i hate it so much when they do that!!!! people are so totally inconsiderate! they don't even care about the owner!!!!!1
when you ask them for that lent item, they just tell you, "oh... i lent it to.." and you'll never ever find it!!! i was very fortunate one time when i lent an item to someone and i kept looking for that item endlessly and a friend came up to me and told me he'd found it somewhere... good guy... thank goodness for some few kind-hearted and concerned people...
and then i'll end up being such a total selfish person because i end up distrusting people because of those "losing" incidents... aaaaaaaaarrrrrrggggghhhh!!!!!!1 scream scream scream scream scream
