Broken hearted and alone
Feeling as though I would never love again
You held me in your arms
Soothing me with your kind and gentle words
You helped heal my broke heart
Showing me that I am not alone.
I now love again,
And you hold a special place in my heart,
You took my tears away and replaced them with a smile.
You changed my sighs to laughter
Protecting me from my fears
You hold me tight
All I feel is love and kindness
I know you would never hurt me.
You are my Madd Hatter
and I am your Alice.

On friday the 13th my Spanish teacher wanted us to write a love poem and then translate it into Spanish. I was thinking about my Mad Hatter and I wrote the poem above with not much thinking. It practically wrote its self. I just wanted to post it. so here it is... now here comes the hard part. Translating it into Spanish.
