On Friday I got to sing a solo of my choice at school. The contest was called Singers Night. I was sooooo nervous that I was starting to forget the lyrics to my song. I knew why....because i only had about two weeks to practice and all but at least i practiced. Something else made me even more nervous....I was the fourth performance!!. Don't get me wrong I have sung in front of people before....WHEN I WAS TEN AND NOT SELF CONSCIENCE AT ALL!!
In the end i got on that stage and sung my heart out but sadly forgot to measures to the song but....I kept on singing til the end. I was sad because i didn't believe in myself to do well and cried like a drama queen YUCK! When my friend Alex saw me she comforted me by telling me "Everyone f*cks up sometimes even me I f*ck up all the time but that's ok because you know you can sing and that's all that matters."
