I dreamt of her last night.
When she's gone she's more here than she ever was.
I'm so angry.
I'm so betrayed.
I'm so hurt.
She's in my bed.
She's in my backyard.
She's in my kitchen.
She's in my living room.
In the stain she left on my bedside table,
In the watch she left behind,
In the shirt she left in my laundry,
In the ribbon from her hair.
She's in my heart,
She's in my mind,
She's in my memories,
Everywhere I look I see her there.
Even now, I see her by my side,
as she used to be.
I hear her talk about me behind my back,
even though I'm not there to hear.
I feel her stab my back,
I feel her tear my heart,
I feel her drip warm water down my face....
And still I love her....
