...Ignore the words on the paper...random brainfart that happened early in the morning. Methinks I might be getting my inspiration back, but it's not too positive to say that. = I want it back, I really do, but nothing wants to come to me. Alas and woe unto me~
Also, I really don't care if you like it or not, but I really don't like Brokeback Mountain. >.< Sad to say, I think Kitty could have done a better job with portraying the angst between the men, the story in general really, and I simply don't understand how so many people absolutely love it and praise it because it was so good. It's really not, I think. It seemed a bit overdone and the angst and drama was overpowering...I don't like movies like that, especially if it's a movie that does it in small bursts or in one long, angsty, drama-y scene.
I may write angst, but sometimes...too much angst, is too much angst.
The actors were wonderful, don't get me wrong - it's the storyline that makes me cringe so.
Just a tiny note. Since Heath's death, I haven't shed a tear, but I saw an hour special about him not too long ago and I cried. I feel a little better, but I don't know why.
And in other news, I'm not sure I want to eat jelly beans again. *blink* So much sugar...and wax being used to give them that perfect shine, so to speak. o.O No...just no. I sometimes hate to know how things are made...curse you, Discovery Channel!!! >.< Ruining corn, frozen fish, frozen pizza, and now jelly beans for me...how sad. However, they did just about jump-start my fascination for tornadoes, so I can't technically curse them.
...Going along that thought, I lost cable today. The internet will go soon as well, but it's unsure when it's going to go. I still have the basic of basic channels, but it only goes up to channel 99. *shrug* I only care about Discovery, Sci-Fi, Cartoon Network, A&E, and a few other channels. All my shows are on these channels and I'd be sad to not be able to see them...have to catch them when they rerun and I absolutely hate trying to catch them that way.
Finally...I painted my nails today. I found my white nailpolish!!! *yay* Because of the find, I decided to paint my nails...white with dark red tips. The white is about as good as white-out, but lasts a bit longer and isn't as wonky-feeling.
