It is required that the gym leader have knowledge of this occurence, so I take it that the recent upheavel is because Ho-Oh may be returning, or perhaps it's something of far greater meaning...

Likes: Like I mentioned, I love the mythology and culture of Johto and a good adventure or battle here and there doesn't hurt.
Dislikes: Any person that mistreats any pokemon is at the top of my list, unnecessary violence and ignorance are also things that I do not take a liking to...
Habits: I sometimes get really invovled in my work, sometimes so much that many people think I'm anti-social or too get emotional over "bedtime stories", but if I find something that interests me, I can't help it. I also tend to not think before I get into dangerous situations.
Background Information: I was raised in Celadon City but soon found my way to Johto where I stumbled upon Ecruteak City and the legend of the Tin and Brass Towers. There, I also met Morty and we became good friends. I always report my findings to him because I know that he's always interested. All of the chaos that has been happening lately I would point to the return of Ho-Oh, but I have also heard things about the legends of Sinnoh that could cause this...

Background Information: Well, I wasn't much of a trainer a few years ago, that is, until my dad (who was the gym leader then) up and left and well, disappeared. Now, I'm the gym leader and that's the story of my life. I became part of the police force when Team Rocket started acting up and the Articuno my dad had secured in the gym was stolen, so I've got to try to get that back, but I don't really know where to start looking. I carry my Hoothoot with me because it can see things a normal human can't and I can use my Pidgeot to go on air patrol (I sometimes have a Zapdos with me, but most people aren't supposed to know that I have it...). As for this "battle" thing I've heard the monks talk about, I'm not sure what my purpose is in it, but I'm sure I'll find out. And what's all this about the earth being destroyed in Arceus' fury? Sounds kind of gruesome...
