I can not stand the sight of you
Because I love you so
Your amazing in every way.
You do not know how it is I feel, although
But yet every day my feelings for have grew
I want to just leave but I can not help but stay
You do not notice me,
Nor would you recognize me if I were to pass you by.
I long for you to speak words to me, just three.
I want to tell you them as well and I try.
But when I struggle to choke them out to you
Those words cut deep in my throat like razor blades
I can not speak, I can not breathe
Not knowing why I can not express this feeling.
This whole thing is like playing charades.
Silently I spill my heart to you, every feeling being true.
Please figure it out, I need you to be my sheathe.
Protect me, and keep me safe.
Take me in as if I were a waif.
I need you here to cure me, be my healing.
Tiny flames dance in your eyes; gentle silhouettes.
Such amazing features you behold.
Yet I can not caress them with my own being.
Seeing you with another, my stomach, it upsets.
Knowing that they can hold you the way I long.
And knowing that their feelings are not as strong.
Theirs could never amount to the ones I could express.
Together we could be a beautiful duet.
With me you would never have a regret, none the less.
I will hold these feelings forever I will not forget.
Even if it means I will continue to watch over you silently.
Hidden in the shadows waiting to attack, but not violently.
I can not stand the sight of you.
Because you are not mine.
But hoping that someday my light will shine.
Exposing me to you from the eclipse.
And I can finally touch your tender lips.
Dreaming this, gets me through.
