	Just reiterating it in my journal... o.o Due to site downtime and excessive server lag, some of you may not have received your October donation items immediately. When this happens, we have to manually place donation letters in your account. If this is the case, please wait 10 days before filling out a feedback form. http://reinhart.gaiaonline.com/info/feedback.php Select "Donation Problems - PayPal related" under the Subject drop-down menu and include a copy of your PayPal receipt. You should be able to find your receipt in your e-mail or by logging into PayPal and going to your transaction history and copying and pasting your receipt. If you have already sent in a feedback form prior to reading this post, you do not need to send another. Responses typically take anywhere between 1-4 business days, and we will handle your donation feedback form in the order in which we receive it. We're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

	pat pat I just donated again to help me explain to a friend how it's done without having a paypal account. I meant to anyways, really. whee I hope the letters get straightened out soon, these little black cats seem to want to take over the site. xd

	Hmm, maybe there could be someway you can designate all donation services onto some server of its own? Just a thought, who knows. Stinks though, lots of work i'm sure xd

	True, it seems your crammed with loads and loads of feedback forms this year more than the year before, hopefully you get time off to enjoy the new features and stuff coming to gaia, those feedback forms are like homework and reports, and they can be headaches sweatdrop Goodluck Ling 3nodding

	Just re-stating Silver, it does seem like you reiterate this a lot, but you know it's not going to end.But where there's a will there's a way, I'm sure eventually server lags and down time will be reduced enough to where it's not a big problem...although I'm guessing that's no time soon ^_^;. What's sad about this and the other problems on Gaia is that I've never had any of them personally in my time on the site and I'm probably about due. O.o....long post for a journal comment. Anyway, I can't wait for the Halloween event. Hope it's a good as last year's. 3nodding
