Last morning my good friend Ian returned from his adventures in Europe. Which include copious amounts of alchahol, free coffee, and hitchhiking with next to no money at all.
Despite only having a single hour of sleep, he still wanted to see his buddies, and was far from a spoil sport. We stayed up until 2 or 3 in the morning watching DVDs and talking crap. Unfortuanatly I got into work five minutes late. If it wasn't for my mom saying 'don't drive like a maniac' then I would have made it on time and then some.
I am concerned withmy mom's heavier steering. Perhaps like my mom suggests is that the front tire's need to be pumped up. However in my mind that doesn't explain all the slight slipping when cornering at realitivly low speeds. I think it may be time for the shocks to be replaced.
At the moment I am faced with many choices as to what to do with the money I have saved for my car. I would like to have two cars, one for city driving and another car for well 'fun'. However I can only see myself buying one at a time. I want to get somthing I can learn to drift in. The choices on that front is a 1985 Toyota Corrolla Sedan. (KE70) and the other choice is a 1985? Toyota Levin/Tureno, known in the USA as a Corrolla GTS (AE86).
Or I could spend my money on a daily drive. In other words a Fiat 500. A small compact car, with the worst transmission ever. But that will teach me how to double clutch, wich is not a luxury with this car. Its how you change gears! Its handeling is loved by F1 drivers, its compact and its fuel ecconomical.
I am also wondering to buy a PS2. There are games coming out wich I would very much like to play. Amoung them are Grad Turismo 4 (GT4) wich is probably going to be the best racing game ever! And then I want to get Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. My friend Kai commented. "If you just get a playsation to play that game. You wouldn't have wasted you money." Im thinking I could buy a TV card for My PC and plug the PS2 into that. Coool.
