I am here with another Random Rating. This time, with an iPod Touch or iPhone App. I am reviewing Tap Tap Revenge. This is NOT Tap Tap Revolution, which you may have heard of on Indie Games (a commercial thing on G4 with Kevin Perera). It is a free App that if you want to (my review may influence you to dowload or not to dowload) you can dowload for free on the iTunes App store.
TTR has Single Player and Two Player modes. And no, you do not have to be connected to a Wi-Fi network to play Two Player. You can simply play it with your one iPod. You two will be sharing the screen and playing side-by-side. This can be very frustrating due to the fact that, sometimes you have to tilt the iPod in certain directions to get a move right..... So, you two may end up breaking your iPod in half....... Hopefully, not though..... xD
You can freely play ANY of the songs the game comes with..... But that isn't saying anything..... It only has a few, and I do mean, a few songs...... Yeah. Like three or four...... Maybe five............ I forget, because I HAVE NOT PLAYED THIS IN A WHILE!!!!!!!! WONDER WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Although, if you want, you can dowload more songs to play on TTR, but really, why go through all that when they could have just put more songs on the game!!!!!
You can't play your iTunes library on TTR.... So, you will have to download your favorite songs, AGAIN if you want to play them on TTR.....
So if you wanted a Guitar Hero clone on your iPod Touch, then you should probably just pay to get Tap Tap Revolution, which I hear you can play your iTunes library and other things on it.....
So, overall, I am giving the iPod App Tap Tap Revenge a 3.2 Out of 10.
Sorry!!
