Well i have watched Bleach episode's 90-92 and it's revealed that the soul reapers have created the bounts and that they tried to annihalate them and the bounts want revenge.
And Uryu has regained some of his quincy powers and is back in action So Uryu uses his quincy powers to open a gate to soul society so that he can fight the bounts in soul society.
So season 5 is another soul society break in and battle and Rukia has already encounted the chick bount.
Oh and i went to a family christmas party on the day i brought Bleach vol 9 on DVD (features eps 33-36) and when we have santa come in and give out presents i get 1 which i open to find it's BLEACH VOL 10.
I geuss someone in my family knows im a bleach fan but who? it didn't say who from (vol 10 features eps 37-41).
And ep41 is when Yourichi reveals her true form its funny when she sits there naked in front of Ichigo and he freaks out and goes "WOULD YOU PLEASE PUT SOME CLOTHES ON ALREADY".
