When you hear someone speak their last words. When their last words make you want to die. When you don't want to be happy unless they're there with you.
"Be strong, and happy. I'll always love you. I promise."
That's what sucks. When you hear someone say, "They're going to die." in the background. When you still have so much to say to them, but you can't even find the words to start. And if you did start, you'd never be able to finish on time. And if you did finish in time, you'd feel like you wasted your time, because no matter what you could have ever said, it still wouldn't have been enough.
When you said foreve without the last R, because it would be the end of 'forever', and you never wanted an end to forever. When you loved someone with everything you've got, had, and will ever have. And they have to go away. And they can't come back once they've gone away.
When you lose them and all you have to live on for the rest of your life is:
"Be strong, and happy. I'll always love you. I promise."
